Soli Studios is a consulting & creative design studio run by Georgina Campbell.

At Soli Studios, we believe in the power of a grounded, open-minded, and relationship-focused approach to systems change, complexity, and design thinking—whether within an organization, a network, or personal transformation. We are deeply invested in the how of every process, recognizing the importance of holding love, care, and respect for all beings at the heart of our work. HEY, I’M Georgina

My work and research is rooted in emergent processes, exploring how our mindsets shape the worlds we create and how ecologically focused paradigm shifts can foster inclusive and care-focussed realities. I’m a recent graduate of Schumacher College with an MA in Ecological Design Thinking, building on my background in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Design, and Small Business Management.

I’m passionate about group dynamics, organizational structures, and cultivating resilience and care in the face of the uncertain times we live in. Away from the screen, you’ll find me in wild spaces—surfing, running, camping—deepening my connection to the natural world and myself.

Soli Studios is the umbrella under which I practice, alongside an amazing network of practitioners and organizations who continue to inspire me!

A relational approach:

Our work is diverse, ever-evolving, and shaped by what calls us to respond. However, it generally falls into the following categories:

  • One-on-One Coaching + Group Workshops

    Soli Studios takes a mindfulness-based approach to business consultation—one client even called it “business therapy.” We focus on both the business itself and the owner's relationship with it, fostering greater clarity, support, and wholeness for all involved. This creates a unique, supportive working relationship—providing a safe space for the business owner and crafting an enabling environment for a thriving business.

    At Soli Studios, we see design as a catalyst for change—whether through a thoughtfully crafted workshop, a website, or a logo. We’re passionate about design’s potential to shift mindsets and transform spaces, guiding them toward a more ecologically centered way of being.

    The consulting and design practices at Soli Studios are deeply informed by Georgina’s personal research and reflective practice. Research strengthens and expands our work, while real-world practice continuously opens new areas of inquiry.

    Through Georgina’s artistic practice, she seeks to ground her exploration of a relational worldview in tangible reality. By engaging her hands and body in playful experimentation with diverse materials, she creates a space for questions that resist simple answers—crafting pieces that speak without words.
